Terms of service

By using or accessing inkaprinthouse.com or any of its services, you accept these terms. InkaPrint, LLC (doing business as Inka Print House) may change, remove or add to these terms at any time without notice, and changes take effect immediately.

Payment. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Changes you request that affect the price are invoiced separately and must be paid before production. Additional fees may include expedited shipping, rush production, setup, premium paper or printing, and design fees.

Delinquent accounts. After 30 days a late charge of 2% per month applies to all delinquent accounts, without exception and retroactive to the invoice date. After 60 days in default, or if a payment is charged back due to credit card fraud, check fraud or other crime, we will issue one final notice before referring the account to a third-party collections agency. Late fees continue to accrue, and you are responsible for all collection costs.

Artwork. You are responsible for submitting print-ready files. By placing an order you confirm that all artwork is correct and approved, that you have permission to print all submitted content, and that you accept our production timelines and policies. Orders printed without a proof are printed as submitted.

Turnaround. Items ship within 5 to 10 business days after artwork is fully approved; specialty products require 10+ business days. Foil and letterpress orders cannot be rushed.

Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed events.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in San Diego County.
