Shipping policy

We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx from El Cajon, California. Shipping is charged once per order, based on the weight of your products and your location, and is shown before you complete checkout.

Turnaround: most items ship within 5 to 10 business days after artwork is fully approved. Specialty finishes (foil, letterpress, duplexing, edge painting, embossing) require 10+ business days. Turnaround does not include shipping time or time spent in proofing.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier. Expedited international shipments are not guaranteed by a specific date, and the receiver is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees. Tracking information is available on request.
