Printed on premium white, natural white, or colored envelopes, these are ideal for mailing lists, promotional campaigns, statements, announcements, invitations, and personalized correspondence.

Please note: Colored envelopes add 5–7 business days to your order’s production time. Colored is available in A2, A6, A7 and A9.

How to Submit Your Address List

  1. Download our Excel address template (.xlsx). It includes step-by-step instructions and examples.
  2. Enter one envelope per row, with each line of the address in its own column:

  3. Leave Address Line 2 blank if there’s no apartment or suite. Use 2-letter state abbreviations. Don’t merge cells, add formulas, or leave blank rows.
  4. Save as .xlsx or .csv and upload it with your order, or email it to hello@inkaprinthouse.com with your order number in the subject line.
We print EXACTLY what’s in your file.
  • Please double-check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and spacing on every row — we don’t proofread or reformat your list.
  • We strongly recommend adding a PDF proof (+$6) so you can review your envelopes before we print.
  • Need changes after you’ve submitted your file? Each revised list requires a new setup: $15 per revised file.
  • Inka Print House is not responsible for spelling, capitalization, address, or formatting errors in customer-supplied lists. Envelopes printed from your file as submitted can’t be reprinted or refunded for errors in that file.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
• Report damage within 5 business days of delivery. Send photos of the package and the printed items to hello@inkaprinthouse.com, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
• If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 5 business days.
• We will file a claim with UPS for you. Once it's reviewed, we will reprint or refund the affected items, at our option.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to UPS. We will still help you through the claim process.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and reshipping costs apply.

Returns & Reprints
Every order is custom printed, so we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, design errors, typos, or artwork approved by you. If we made a mistake in printing, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the order.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected items. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed events or lost business.
